I really like this product; it does the job well. HOWEVER, I hate that the rather dull light comes on with a sensor, so the room must be dark for the light to guide you, and the motorized head isn't very low to the ground, so the felt around the brush head is the primary "catcher" of hair, kitty litter, etc. I also do not like the limited amount of battery life in FULL mode. However, the light and medium modes pick-up great, so full-mode is seldom used.In short, nice product and I recommend it for busy households.Was obsessed at first! Idk if I just need to clean it I’ve had this for a month and it doesn’t do well along sides (like trim and such) doesn’t pick much up as I pull back before pushing it fww. It’s very Aesthetically pleasing and looks great hanging in the kitchen.I had my doubts about how well this would perform due to it's size. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised! So far this thing has tackled dog hair in the living room, spilled paper from the paper shredder in the office, and sand in the back of my SUV, with ease.Pros: it comes with a variety of attachments that make cleaning much easier. It's surprisingly powerful, especially in higher modes. It's wireless so I can easily take it outside to clean my car and other hard to reach places.Cons: the roller is more like a felt lint roller, rather than a brush roller you'd find in a traditional vacuum. It works well on hard floors and my flat carpet, but I'm not sure how well it would work on a carpet with any kind of pile. It's a little bit heavy (admittedly I have a bad shoulder and back). It's not a problem when you're using it like a regular vacuum, but if you're using it in a handheld capacity, it quickly gets tiring to hold. The canister is very small, which means I had to stop to empty it a couple times when using it to vacuum my whole townhome.Overall, I probably wouldn't replace my regular vacuum with this, but this is a fantastic upgrade for my old hand vac. This will definitely be my go to machine for small messes and for cleaning out my car.This beautiful little machine has great suction. An attachment was missing but the company responded immediately saying they are sending. Also a very important tip...after cleaning the filter, it must be aligned properly in order for the vacuum to turn back on. I had started a return stating it wasnt' working, but after checking to be sure that I put everything back in the right order, it started right up.I have a long-haired cat and a chinchilla - the pet hair and dust from the chinchilla are forces of nature in my home, which doesn't have a square inch of carpeting. This vacuum really exceeded my expectations. It doesn't just suction off the floor, but it has a felt-like roller that actually comes in contact with the floor. Great news for all that chinchilla dust! It picks up kitty litter scatter pretty well, is easy to maneuver, and I can actually get my whole house (1900 square feet) on one charge if I keep it on eco mode. It does a better job and is easier to use than my mother's Shark cordless vacuum. The cup that collects the debris is super easy to empty. It also does an excellent job on the few rugs I have. I also like that you can use the attachments to vacuum furniture and window sills. The roller is not very thick and will probably need to be replaced eventually, and the head doesn't fit into small crevices and spaces, but I would definitely recommend this vacuum for anyone wanting a day-to-day vacuum that works well and is easy to use.I’m writing this review because I was skeptical at first to order because of the small amount of reviews this product had. But I am so glad I bought it. This vacuum has exceeded my expectations! These are one of those products that need to go viral! Every household needs one!This vacuum is quiet and lightweight but very powerful. It’s got several power settings but since I live in a very sandy area, I use it on medium or high and it picks up the sand very well. I’ve got long hair and a dog and this vacuum handles hair with ease. One really neat battery-saving feature is the bright headlight only comes on in dim light. So if you scoot the vacuum under a table or sofa, the light comes on and nicely illuminates your work area so you don’t miss a thing! The debis cup is a little on the smaller size but that’s actually a good thing. If it were much bigger, it would be difficult to lay the vacuum all the way down to get under the sofa. Head swivels nicely. It comes with a hard floor power head and I can’t say how well it does on carpet because I have hard floors only. Also comes with several other attachments. IHave to admit I was a little skeptical about this because there were so few reviews but it does work so much better than the Bissel pet vacuum that I only kept for a week because it clogged so often.
