This extractor works really well for small areas. I used it many times on the kids' messes and dog messes on the carpet. The suction isn't as great as some high end machines, but it still works well. I tend to keep the chemicals out of my machine and put them in a spray bottle. I use the machine just for spraying & extracting hot water after spraying with chemicals.I didn’t know cleaning carpets and upholstery could this easy! Great investment. We have two dogs that leave doggie smells on our couch and chairs. This tool handles it nicely. Cleaning carpet spots and small traffic areas is simple and dries fast after sucking most of the water up with this cleaning machine. It takes a little practice learning how to spray the cleaning solution. I turn it off to scrub with the brisk, then turn it on to extract the dirty cleaning solution, watching the clear viewing window for the presence or absence of bubbles when sucking the moisture up. Love the results. ThanksOthers have noted about the hose - that will split over time regardless of how well you care for it.That is not my complaint - yet.My issue with the design is the location of the intake fan. It is on the bottom with little clearance for fresh air. I have never been disappointed. I have 2 puppies and grandchildren and I am very happy with this product. Wouldn't want to go without itI love how lightweight and portable this Bissell spot cleaner is. I love all the attachments that come with it and how effective it is on even deep spills and stains. I also love how easy it is to refill with solution and empty the dirty water tank without getting my hands dirty. I even love what Bissell believes in as a company.The issue I have is the flawed design in the hose hanging system. When the hose head is attached into the bracket there is a significant bend in the hose. When the hose is new there isn’t an issue. It becomes an issue as the hose ages and starts drying out. When a dry and brittle hose is severely bent, it splits and cracks. This was not only an issue with this model, but also a previous Bissell spot cleaner model I owned. I believe this happened around the one year mark for both models. Fortunately the machine was still under warranty and Bissell covered the hose replacement, but the machine has to be brought down to an authorized repair center. I would still encourage you to consider this brand and model, but just keep an eye on that hose and get it serviced at the first sign of damage while still under warrantyEs una máquina excelente, vale mucho la pena limpia y absorbe mucho mejor de lo que esperaba limpie mi sala que por cierto ya la íbamos a cambiar por lo fea que estaba y decidí comprar la máquina para probarla, mi sorpresa fue que no es necesario cambiarla la máquina la dejo súper limpia y sin mucho esfuerzo, después de ver los resultados, nos decidimos a limpiar colchones, sillas y tapetes y quedo todo muy muy limpio, vale mucho la pena en invertir en esta máquina para la casa, la recomiendo ampliamente, si te gusta hacer limpieza en casa no te arrepentirás de la compraExcelente. Lo ocupe para mi auto y esta super bien. Yo les recomiendo lavar con jabón o con el liquido que viene y no usar el líquido en el contenedor.,Solo usar agua, así podren enguajar bien los asientos y no quedarán residuos de jabón.Todo en orden, para algo muy sucio es necesario darle mas de una pasada, pero limpia bien, otro pero es el liquido, ya que es muy caro y difícil de conseguir, por lo demás todo en orden.Aquí les va la poderosísima reseña, en primera la compré en oferta en $3.1k la estuve rastreando y fue lo más bajo que la vi, posterior a eso la encontré hasta en $6k, bueno en teoría es fácil de armar, los materiales se ven buenos, en calidad precio diría que bien... En cuanto funcionamiento muy bien, si la van a comprar no esperen que haga todo a la primera como una Karcher o equipos profesionales, claro que lo puede hacer si, pero depende mucho de cuántas pasadas, el producto que se utiliza para limpiar... Prácticamente es una máquina casera... Yo la compré para limpiar un colchón y tapicería de mis carros (prácticamente como entusiasta), en el colchón ayudo bastante si claro le di 2 pasadas y cepille manual y como dije siento que también fue el producto que use para limpiar.... Lo malo en si es que se llena muy fácil el tanque de agua de regreso (agua sucia) tiene la capacidad de un litro y en cuanto se llena deja de aspirar... Digo es un buen indicativo cuando hay que vaciarla, entonces hay que apagar equipo, vaciar y otra vez, no me fue molesto pero si hubiera comprado los equipos de mayor capacidad, pero repito si solo se usa ocasionalmente es perfecta, ejemplos si se tiró un líquido en alguna alfombra, líquidos en tapicerías de carros y en colchones, etc..., que puede hacer cosas más grandes sí, pero depende de las pasadas que le des y que tan húmedo quedó después del cepillado o lavado...Aún no lo pruebo para la tapicería de mis carros pero estaré actualizando el comentario.El equipo llega en caja original, sin golpes y rápido me decía que llegaba hasta dentro de unos 3 a 4 días, pero me llegó al siguiente día, dice que es un equipo que envían de Amazon US pero creo que ya lo tiene en stock Amazon MX.... Espero les sirva...?
