Roidmi eva offers most of the features i looked for including vaccuming and mopping with auto features for dustbin emptying and cleaning the pads.I like it since it does a good job with the vaccum and mop functions and priced well compared to other products out there after using the coupons on amazon. The roidmi app is glitchy. Does not send alerts. Had to switch to Mihome after some research which does send alerts. One of the Robots had a problem with mapping and had to return it since I got no where with support,It does not recognize when the dust bin is full. this causes the bin to get packed and inabilty of the base unit to successfuly empty it automatically when parked. Pretty loud when vaccuming carpets. The mopping function is good, but the drying could be improved, I believe they just did an update on the firmware for this. The least desireable of all is their support system. They have a whatsapp chat feature with no live agents since they do not have local support, support is from China I believe. Takes days to get a response which is usually another irrelavent question, from one of the chat groups found their service email , they do respond after a few days but really offer no fixes, i presume this to be a language barrier. There is significant room for improvement in service and product support.Features that I miss - Alerts on the app, The mopping pads need to retract when it detects carpets, return to base automatically to empty dust bin when full.Would I buy it again, probably yes unlsess there are better options out there. The closest one right now is Narwal and much higher priced.I really like this vacuum. At first there was a problem with the mop pads drying but after a software update, they dry really well. Love the mopping feature. Won’t go under my couch but goes under the beds really well. My couch has a skirt on it and even if I lift it up it seems to be too dark for it to clean under there. This is my first robot vacuum and I am really pleased. This is one of my larger purchases that I was worried would be a waste. I expected it to be a dirt pusher but I'm so sick of sweeping, swiffering, or vacuuming so I gave it a shot!" I've only had it a short time but so far it works well! Definitely saves me time and energy that I could spend on other things! Pretty easy to sync for even lazier ease. The base is very heavy, but I like that. Makes it feel sturdier and quality. I have high hopes for this!Omg I've never met such a good sweeping robot, Super convenient to use, I finally solved the problem of not having to clean cat hair and dog by myself every dayI've had this vacuum for almost a month. Overall, the vacuum does an ok job, but just ok. It doesn't know how to avoid much of anything at all... runs into walls, furniture, dog toys, etc. The Roborock does a much better job at knowing when to avoid things. As far as navigation goes, it does a much better job of cleaning in a consistent manner when it's in vacuum only mode. When the mop heads are attached the cleaning pattern is very random.Even though it cleans the mop heads every 6 - 12 minutes, you should still wash them quite frequently. It doesn't actually dry them at all. They stay wet, creating an odor, thus defeating the purpose of the all in one feature. The suction power on this thing is terrible - you'll still have to use a regular vacuum if you want a thorough cleaning done.It doesn't always detect that it's on carpet when it's in mopping modeYou'll have to create invisible walls in the app for everything that is just about the same height as the vacuum. It isn't quite smart enough yet not to go places without getting itself wedged or without the pause button getting pressed.Considering returning it due to the long list of cons. This is a great machine! When you receive it, you only need to follow the instructions to easily complete the setup. It can clean your room according to the route you set without repeating it. This can efficiently liberate your hands, and I think it mops the floor cleaner than I mop. In addition, it runs very quietly and does not produce much noise. If you live in an apartment, it will not affect your neighbors downstairs. Generally speaking, it is a worthwhile choice. In addition to its intelligent program, its appearance is also comfortable.PROS:+ Vacuum AND mop WITH self emptying dust bin and dirt water.+ Finds back to the station pretty good.+ Quiet vacuming. Although I doubt then that it has the suction power advertised.CONS:- Only 1 side brush. Since it doesn't have a side brush on the left side, the mop on this side only smears the dust/dirt around and bakes it into the grooves.- No remote control. Have to use you phone and intall an app. I don't like to be forced to use my phone (data!) for just using a vacuum.- The short side brush bristles don't reach into the corners. The robot leaves a 3cm wide cleaning gap between the wall and the cleanin path.- Robot can't master to go on a rug with about 1cm hight. So if you only have this robot, your rugs/carpets will never be vacuumed.- The robot software isn't very clever or creative to get out of a blocked area. It only repeats the same movement pattern instead of trying something different.- The start/pause button on the emptying container doesn't start the robot. It only cleans the mop pads. And there is another button, that just does the same.- On the robot the start button has the symbol of the on/off button. We used to have a simple robot vacuum cleaner and felt it still needs a lot of manual work. Compared to the previous one, this one is more intelligent and more hard-working. What I really appreciate is: 1) It’s really good at cleaning kitchen area with its combination of mopping and vacuuming; 2) It has good suction power and I can see the hair and dust all disappear on the floor and carpet after its run; 3) Self cleaning and self collecting dust is big relief.
