The vacuum isn't very heavy feeling in my hands or in my back, neck and legs. I usually have to switch holding it back and forth because even though it's light, to my body it feels heavy sometimes, which is why it's awesome that you can not only pull the trigger for it to work but flip a switch and it stays on without you having to do anything else. It has a turbo boost that will also stay on if the switch is on. Awesome if you need a little extra suction on an area rug. It also works great on my outdoor "carpet" on my decks. It also will give the regular setting a boost if it senses the area being cleaned is a little more dirty. It has a face on the top that senses when the filter needs to be cleaned and other stuff as well as a light that turns from blue to red if it senses more dirt in an area when vacuuming. There is an app that shows you information going on with your vacuum performance. I installed it, checked it out and then uninstalled it. It's really not essential and does nothing to make its job easier for you to use the vacuum. Checking filter is pretty much a given, isn't it? I don't want pretty bells and whistles, I want a vacuum that kicks @$$, that does what it's supposed to do without breaking the bank. I didn't realize it would come with the filter suction cleaner accessory and I ordered one as well so now I have a spare plus I ordered a couple extra filters. The removable filter tube thingie that holds the filter is so awesome! Put the dirty filter in the cleaner, put a clean filter back in vacuum cleaner, turn it on, turn the dial thingie on the edge of cleaner to turn the filter and between the little brushes inside the tube and the turbo boost you've got a clean filter! Dirt will eventuality pack into the corners of the canister. Just clean it out with some compressed air but make sure you do that outside! The long skinny brush attachment is great for cleaning small or tight places you couldn't get by hand and to clean out bugs from inbetween the screen and window when cleaning windows. It's also the best at cleaning your heating/air duct area under your vents. It then gives you no excuse to not clean the vent covers since they're off anyway! Just be careful and don't forget the vent cover is off and fall into it with your foot and leg like I've done more times than I've got legs! The short brush attachment that has a larger sized opening (different then I've ever seen before!) and it's great from everything to dusting collectibles, dusting ceiling fans and the air return vent cover! Only thing is extra batteries were sold out (the wall caddy that holds/charges the vacuum and some, though not all accessories, has a space for an extra battery as well!!) so I guess I need to check and see if they have any yet. I would buy this again, one of my favorite vacuums I've ever bought. I wish the cover for the containment canister was a little more secure, mine has broken and even though it still seals, sometimes it gets dropped into the garbage can when emptying the dirt. Now if this vacuum was as smooth moving as a Dyson (it really does, I love using my mom's, I thought about stealing it) with the on switch you can choose to lock on that this vacuum has with a fair price (there's no reason these little vacuums should cost as much as a decent fridge or washer and dryer, a car or mortgage payment). Even though I don't think this brand should be as expensive as it is, (I have a $40 upright canister vac I've had about 15 years now and it still works great and even though it has a hardwood flooring setting it doesn't do that well on non carpeted floors. Which has led to my hunt for a great vacuum that doesn't cause me pain to use. I shouldn't hurt the 2+ days after doing the floors) it's cheaper than a Dyson but cleans as well as the Dyson, that's the reason we got this one. I'm still happy with it, but wouldn't turn a Dyson down if I received it as a gift lololUPDATE 8/24/22I forgot to mention that in order to get under furniture without the head tilting, bend down and turn your hand 1/4 turn and it will lay flat. If you1/4 turn left the head will want to go left, same with the right turn going right. So you can get underneath furniture that doesn't have great clearance, you can get how ever the highth of the head. I'm able to get under the dressers that have that gap at the bottom.AND BTW - I'm still loving it and I'm glad I got the extra battery with the added bonus the spare battery holder on top of the wall caddy also charges, so when I've had to use turbo extra or I've just been vacuuming that long (it's amazing that the teenager never has to change the battery the whole time she's vacuuming the same floors I am lol), I pop the charged battery in the vacuum and pop the dead battery up top so it'll be ready the nextday or even later the same day depending on how long it's been charging. I honestly don't know how long it takes to charge. Guess I should look that up so I can time it every once in a while to see if they're still maintaining a charge and if not, how fast is. That would be good information for a future update!I discovered this cordless was rated #1 in Consumer Reports. Not the first cordless I've owned, but the first one to exceed my expectations. I purchased a second battery so I always have 30 -40 minutes of battery life ready to go. This is so lightweight I carry it all over the house instead of getting out one of the plug-in vacuums I have on each of my 2 floors. (Both Shark vacuums) The real test for me is kitty litter. I've never had ANY vacuum clean it up well. This one truly sucks up that litter without spitting half of it back out, and I have yet to find anything it can't do! I vacuum my wood stairs with carpet pads, I vacuum the bathroom throw rugs without them getting sucked in or caught, it vacuums hardwood, tile, carpet, and various types of rugs without a hitch. I rarely have to use the "max" setting & find the normal power quite adequate for all sorts of cleaning. This helps the battery last longer, too. The added advantage is because it is so easy and quick to grab it to use...I vacuum more frequently, keeping the messes from building up. Better for the floors, better for the home, and I don't find it near the chore it used to be with the big corded vacuum. The attachments included are excellent at extending the use of this vacuum to any imaginable needed use. Best purchase I've made in a long time!I've had the Pure One S11 for a month now and I consider myself a Vacuum Enthusiast due to the fact that I love to vacuum. I have two cats in a 1300sq ft apartment and this cordless does the job, twice a day. I even put it up against my Shark Vertex Pet. I have vacuumed my apartment and then went over the same areas with the Shark to see if the S11 missed anything. To my surprise, it didn't, doesn't. I do recommend purchasing an extra battery though as the wall charger supports dual battery charging (which is another awesome feature!). I recommend this cordless. If you are buying a cordless, thinking it will perform better than corded, you're wasting your time. It just doesn't work that way, cordless Vacuums are for quick everyday cleanup. You will always need a corded upright for those deep cleans. Anyway, enjoy Tineco!I love the portability of this vacuum system. We live in a little house with stairs. Hauling our regular old vacuum--which is a very good one -- around in relatively cramped spaces was really frustrating. This system works beautifully for us. The changeable attachments make it easy to clean even in tight or very low or very narrow spaces. It works long enough on a single charge that I can do nearly an entire floor. The one thing I wish were possible would be to switch to a less powerful suction level. We have old oriental rugs and the suction is so strong I worry about damage. I have to use the upholstery head for the rugs -- an inconvenience but not a terrible one. You have to clean the dust collector after every job -- not that big a deal -- and you have to clean the brushes and the little filter cylinder -- also not that big a deal. Compared to hauling even a compact vacuum around our little house, this is a dream. I love it!This is my first cordless vacuum, but I have been quite impressed with it for the price I paid (I got it on sale for Prime day). Battery life is very good when letting it auto-adjust the suction, and at max mode it does a fantastic job getting cat hair out of my carpets. The accessories it came with cover all of my needs so far as well. The only con for me is that edge performance with the main vacuum head is pretty lackluster: the beater bar and suction don't quite extend to the edge, so there is an eighth of an inch or so next to the wall that just never gets as clean unless I use the crevice tool or something to really vacuum those edges.Overall though its working well for me and I would recommend it. I have two cats, and with a robot vacuum to help me keep up with the fur tumbleweeds and this for deeper cleaning/stairs/spot cleaning messes my needs are met and then some!Overall a good vacuum, top quality. I'm looking for a second battery to give me more time to vacuum the whole house. Looking for it for almost half a year and Amazon Canada and US and even Tineko doesn't have them. When the battery is done, you will have a useless vacuum. Therefore, don't buy one..I’ve had this vacuum for 4 months now and am extremely unimpressed. The battery doesn’t last more than 25 minutes max, and I’m not even using the auto max option. The suction on regular mode only pickups on the 3rd pass which isn’t great. It is light weight and convenient but for the price I paid I expected a lot more.I received the Tineco S11 vacuum very quickly after I purchased it during the Prime Day sale. Out of the box, the unit's fit and finish seems quite good. The motor is strong and the attachments work well. Wifi pairing was a breeze. However, when I docked the unit to charge the battery, the battery failed to charge. I tried plugging it into various wall outlets and even removed the battery and inserted it into the spare battery charger - still nothing. I have reached out to the customer service department and they promised to send me a new charge dock and an inferior battery to the one I received. So far, no delivery date. I am tempted to pack up the unit and send it back. They advertised two batteries on the Amazon description but I only received one. I complained to the manufacturer and I got no response. You really need two batteries because the charge doesn't last very long. The lint/dust chamber doesn't release very well and with this vac, you need to clean it every time you use it or the suction really dissipates. I don't mind cleaning it out and changing the filter every time I work with it, but when it doesn't open/ release properly which is always, I get very frustrated. I have a fairly large condo with white oak hardwood floors and area rugs which I keep spotless. I wish this was the same quality as the first one I purchased several years ago. It had two batteries that held a good charge and it was handy to have an extra battery to pop in while the other one charged up again. It would be so nice to hear back from a manufacturer when you are not happy with your purchase after buying two of these vacuums. That is mostly why I am giving this vac a not very nice review. My guess is that I either got a lemon or they just short changed me on the battery with this shipment. Not good customer service for such a high priced product.
